LDL Reduction

Tracks heart-rate zone time from Apple Health so you can monitor progress toward cardio targets commonly used for LDL-lowering exercise plans.

What the app does

  • Reads heart rate, resting heart rate, and date of birth from Apple Health with your permission.
  • Calculates time spent in moderate and vigorous cardio zones.
  • Shows daily, weekly, and monthly progress toward a weekly exercise target.
  • Can show demo data without reading HealthKit, which helps with onboarding and App Review.

Troubleshooting

  • If reports look empty, confirm the app has Health access in the Health app and that your watch or other source has written heart-rate samples.
  • If your zones feel off, open Profile and review age, resting heart rate, and target range.
  • If you only want to preview the UI, use Show demo data on the welcome screen.

Health data and privacy

LDL Reduction is designed to keep health data on-device. It does not include analytics, ads, tracking SDKs, user accounts, or backend servers.
